Platform Responsibilities

ShopCrossway acts as a commercial agent for independent retailers operating within our global marketplace ecosystem.

We are NOT:
The buyer or seller of products, part of the supply chain, or a party to contracts between customers and retailers.
We ARE:
A platform provider and commercial agent authorized by retailers to facilitate global transactions.
We take all complaints seriously to maintain marketplace integrity and ensure compliance with global regulations.

Your complaint must include the following comprehensive information for proper processing and legal review:

  • 1 Clear explanation of legal rights/grounds and specific allegations
  • 2 Supporting facts, evidence, and documentation
  • 3 Hyperlinks to alleged infringing products or content
  • 4 Trademark/patent/copyright registration numbers
  • 5 Affected jurisdictions and applicable laws
  • 6 Contact information and legal representation details
Important: All documents must be submitted in English. Incomplete complaints may experience processing delays. False or misleading complaints may result in legal liability.
